My name is June Carmel and I'm very excited to be on this wonderful path of body transformation. I am a Stand-Up Comedian and Comedic Actress so it is very important for me to be healty and in shape. I want to workout to look and feel my best so this program is just what I needed!

My Interests : I am really interested in Swimming, Pilates, and Yoga workouts. Of course walking and hiking are my favorites but I want to challenge myself and at the same time honor myself in a way that I am achieving a balance to where I am feeling active but also feeling connected and having fun. I tend to see working out as strictly a chore.

Carina Barron

I just finished my 7th month of my new workout lifestyle that includes regular exercise and proper nutrition. I have lost 55 lbs so far (on my own) and I am hoping this challenge will help push me into my healthy BMI range. I am 37 years old, married with three beautiful kids (19, 8, 5 years old). As you can see, I have spent over half of my life so far raising kids! I was so used to putting myself last that I wound up over 240 lbs. I was unhealthy and incredible unhappy....so I did something about it! I look forward to daily workouts and losing the next 40 lbs and seeing just how much my life will have changed by then. Happiness truly does start with yourself. If you're happy with yourself, it's so much easier to be happy with everyone else in your life.

My Interests : Skiing, exercise/fitness, cooking at home and reading. I love to watch movies but I find myself on the sofa less and less each day. :)

Jaco Venter

I really enjoy being at a fitness level where I can have fun while out jogging or snowboarding. My problem is commitment to my workout routine. It seems that I get to a good level within three months and then "something" always come up that cause me to exercise less and less. I'm hoping this online workout will keep me motivated.
