Ultimate Workout

Everyone seems to be looking for the ultimate workout. Whether it is because they want to focus on a particular aspect of their fitness or their shape or because they need to improve their overall health, they know there is a workout to help them reach their goal. We found five ultimate workouts that will help you accomplish just what you want to accomplish in as little time as possible. That's what makes them ultimate.

Ultimate Core Workout : It is well established how important a strong core is to overall fitness and physique building. This ultimate workout will really hit your core hard and produce amazing results when done three times a week. Perform these individual exercises in a circuit, taking the shortest break possible between each circuit (no more than 60 seconds). Try to complete three circuits, three times a week. The five exercises included in the ultimate core workout are plank, bent leg sit up, cable Swiss ball wood chuck, exercise ball tuck, and hanging leg raise. For ultimate efficiency, set up all of your equipment ahead of time so you can power through each circuit without stopping to get your equipment.

Ultimate Sexy Workout (for the ladies ) : If you are looking for an ultimate workout that focuses on your core, glutes and legs, then you have found it. In 45-minutes a day, this workout combines both strength training and cardio to reveal toned muscles and a lean shape that will look great at the pool or on your next blind date.

Ultimate Sexy Workout (for the men) : The results you get from the combinations found in this workout are sure to turn a few heads. It can be modified for use at home or in the gym. This ultimate workout includes six exercises done in three sets with only a brief rest between sets.

Ultimate Fat Loss Workout : This is a plan for beginners or people who are returning to fitness after a long break. Incorporating cardio and strength training, it will help you lose your flab and build muscle. It works best when you combine it with a meal plan designed to help you lose weight. Lots of people think they just need to hit the treadmill to lose weight, but this plan includes strength training to increase your metabolism. When that happens, every aspect of your ultimate workout is more effective.

Ultimate 15-Minute Workout : Fifteen minutes isn't a lot of time, but it can be enough to get in a great workout. The key is to focus on multi-joint exercises performed in three sets. The only rest you get is between each set, and never more than 60 seconds. The four multi-joint exercises in this ultimate workout, done in rapid succession (being careful to still pay attention to form) are jumping jacks, dive bomb push-ups, alternating lateral lunge touchdown and thrust, and sit-ups. Run through a circuit of these four exercises, rest for 60 seconds, and then repeat two more times. You'll know at the end that you used those 15-minutes wisely.
