Some side effects can be simple while others may affect major body systems including problems with your blood counts.

For some people the benefits of ant-estrogens greatly outweigh the risks. Only you and your doctor can decide what is right for you and your muscle building program. It is essential to your health and well being that you speak with your doctor about anti-estrogens. It is also important that you follow a responsible dosage and act in a responsible manner while taking anti-estrogens; they can be an added ally for fighting body fat and building muscle mass.
