Work Out for Better Skin Care

When you work out you are increasing the blood flow through your body. When your blood flow is increased, this will affect your skin for the better. If you want maximum beauty in your skin, make sure you workout.

You can work out by doing exercise without any expensive machines. Simply use your chair to do some of the exercises. For example, stand straight and put both hands at the top of your chair. Keep your back straight. Remember to keep breathing while you exercise. Simply raise your right leg as far as it will comfortably go without hurting your muscles. Put your leg back down into position on the floor. Repeat this 10 times and switch to the left leg.

Next stand with the chair at your side and hold the top of the chair with your left hand. Stand with your feet slightly spread apart. Now raise your right leg to the side. You can feel the burn in the side of your thigh. Repeat 10 times. Now switch your right hand to the chair and raise your left leg 10 times.

Once you build your muscle strength you can add repetitions to your workout. You can also do these exercises on the floor. Lay flat on your back and raise your right leg 10 times. Next switch to the left leg and raise it 10 times. You are focusing on and helping your legs and your stomach muscles when you do this exercise. Turn on your side and lift your right leg up. Do this 10 times. Switch legs and repeat 10 times. You can also lie on your stomach and gently raise your right leg. The slower and more concentrated your leg lift is, the better workout you are getting for your muscles. Keep that blood flowing!

Of course you can make it a point and walk each day. Try to walk at least two miles every day. To make your walk more interesting and walk outdoors. Take different paths. Walk in other areas even if it means driving to another location. Walk in the woods. Take your iPod and listen to fast-paced music. Music is a great way to get the most benefit out of your workout as it will make you workout longer and harder.

Another workout exercise without expensive machines is rollerblading. Find a smooth designated area that you can rollerblade at or you may live in a small town and be able to rollerblade safely around it. Do you need a few groceries? Instead of taking your vehicle, grab your rollerblades and get your groceries the healthy way.

There are so many ways you can work out without expensive machines and have healthier skin due to your increased blood flow. Use your creativity and come up with fun exercises for yourself. Remember to breath and safely do your workout exercises. As always, check with your physician before starting an exercise routine.
