If you are trying to lose weight, there is no time like the present to start your fat loss transformation. The end results will astound you as you are literally transformed into a different person. You will look and feel brand new and in a sense, this will be true.

Fat loss transformation begins when you change two important factors: your diet and exercise routine. In order for it to really be successful, you'll need to eat healthy foods. This is what will keep you from taking in more calories than you burn. This isn't just about going on a diet, it's about adhering to a healthy diet. Think of this as a complete lifestyle change.

The best way to begin eating healthy is to think healthy. Shop for foods that are good for you and bypass those that aren't. Before you know it, they'll all begin sounding good for you and you won't even want those other foods except on the rare occasion when you treat yourself to something you don't ordinarily eat.

You will also not be able to start your fat loss transformation until you add the second important component, exercise. If you currently do not exercise, you'll need to start at the beginning of an exercise program. This will involve starting out small and working your way up to big. Your body won't be used to the rigors of fitness so you'll have to coach it along as you go. That is why you won't find yourself running a mile on the treadmill in less than ten minutes when you begin. Instead, you'll walk slowly for 20. As you go along you'll pick up the pace and increase the amount of time you workout. The same is true for the strength training part of it. You won't lift your max weight at first. You'll need to condition your muscles to train with weights and will find yourself increasing both the weight you lift and number of repetitions in each set as well as the number of sets as time goes by.

It is important to recognize that body transformation doesn't happen overnight. It will take weeks of hard work, but you will begin seeing a difference more quickly than you might realize. By eating right and exercising regularly, you are taking important steps that will only continue to motivate you along the way. This will help spur you on toward your fat loss victory and the creation of a whole new you.
