Description

  • Secure the bar in a corner or against a wall.
  • Hold the bar with both hands and rotate the bar so you hands are at your hip.
  • Using your hips rotate explosively and move the bar to the other side of your body.
  • Control the bar down to your hip.
  • Repeat.

  • Use your hips, not your arms, to move the bar.
