Description

  • Stand with good posture and feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart.

  • Keeping your elbows tucked in close to your ears.
  • Begin movement by bending your elbows, bringing the handle to the back of your neck.
  • Extend your arms and return to starting position.

  • Make sure you fully extend your arms. Point your elbows towards the ceiling.

Mistakes

  • Letting your elbows move too far away from your mid-line as you bend your arms.
