Description

  • Stand with good posture and feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart.
  • Grip handle tightly, and place your elbow by your side with your arm flexed at a 90 degree angle.

  • Begin movement by pulling the cable away from your midline, and rotate your hand outward.
  • Return to start position.
