Description

  • Start Postion: Lying flat on a bench with dumbbells directly over your upper torso. Arms slightly bent. Execution of exercise: Keeping the slightly bent posture of your arms start your desent maintaining a large arc. Dumbbells should remain the same distance form your torso. Stop at the deepest comfortable depth then return dumbbells to the starting position
