Description

  • Grab a dumbbell in each hand and lay down on a bench, holding the dumbbells in a bench press position.
  • Press the left dumbbell up and slightly towards your mid line.
  • Return to the starting position and then press the right dumbbell.
  • Repeat.

ProTip

  • Drive the weight up quickly and make sure the weight is under control as you lower it.
