Description

  • Attach long strap D-handles to high pulleys and set resistance.
  • Stand facing machine with knees slightly bent.
  • Grasp handles with arms out stretched, palms down.
  • Slightly retract shoulder blades and pull handles back toward chest, leading with elbows.
  • Slowly return to start position. Switch sides and repeat.
