Description

  • Attach long strap D-handles to high pulleys. Set resistance.
  • Stand facing high pulley and grasp handle with hand closest to machine.
  • Start with arm at a 90° angle, palm facing up and elbow at side.
  • Extend hand down rotating around elbow and squeeze triceps.
  • Return to start position and repeat. Switch arms and repeat.
