Description

  • Set doors wide, attach lat bar to high pulley, adjust bench and seat pad to horizontal position and set resistance.
  • Lie on bench with head toward base tower.
  • Grasp lat bar with underhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart, and slowly curl hands toward shoulders, pivoting around fixed elbows until forearm and upper arms form 90° angle.
  • Return to start position and repeat.
