Description

  • Set doors wide, lock bench up and out of the way, adjust swivel pulleys to lowest position and set resistance.
  • Stand facing away from tower, grasp handle with hand farthest from pulley, palm facing slightly in toward body.
  • Slowly raise handle out to side until at shoulder height; return to start position and repeat.
  • After completing set, switch sides and repeat.
