Description

  • Adjust back pad to rear-most position and set resistance.
  • Adjust mid pulley arms to highest position.
  • Grasp short strap handles from mid pulleys with neutral grip (palms facing each other) and bring hands to chest level, arms outstretched with a slight bend in the elbows.
  • Slowly bring hands together over chest while maintaining arm position as if hugging a tree; return to start position and repeat.
