Description

  • Attach long strap handle or optional low row bar (pictured - sold separately) to mid pulley with arm adjusted to low position. Set resistance.
  • Grasp handle or bar with palms up and stand facing pulley with elbows tucked into sides.
  • Curl arms up toward shoulders, keeping elbows at sides; slowly return to start position and repeat.

ProTip

  • Point the elbows straight down, don't swing them forward or back.

  • Leaning back excessively.
  • Swinging the body.
