Description

  • Attach short strap D-handle to mid pulley with arm set in lowest position and place burst-resistant exercise ball* (sold separately) to side of mid pulley. Set resistance.
  • Sit on ball* with feet and hips positioned perpendicular to mid pulley and grasp handle with hand opposite the pulley, with upper body facing pulley.
  • Slowly rotate upper body away from pulley, pulling hand around torso and ending with hand on hip opposite mid pulley and facing away from pulley.
  • Slowly return to starting position and repeat. After completing set, switch sides and repeat.

ProTip

  • Keep your torso upright as you rotate.
