Description

  • Attach long strap D-handle to high pulley and place burst-resistant exercise ball* (sold separately) to side of machine. Set resistance.
  • Sit on ball* with feet and hips positioned perpendicular to high pulley and grasp handle with both hands and rotate upper body facing pulley.
  • Slowly pull hands toward chest while rotating upper body away from pulley.
  • Continue rotating away from high pulley and extend hands down and away, opposite the high pulley.
  • Slowly return to starting position and repeat. After completing set, switch sides and repeat.

  • Keep your chest up.
