Description

  • Attach short strap D-handles to mid pulleys, adjust mid pulley arms to highest position and set resistance.
  • Stand facing mid pulley with staggered stance, with hand closest to machine grasping top of back pad.
  • Grasp handle with hand farthest from machine, palm in neutral position.
  • Slightly retract shoulder blade and pull handle back toward abdomen, leading with elbow.
  • Slowly return to start position. Switch sides and repeat.
