Description

  • Attach short strap handle to mid pulley. Adjust mid pulley arms to lowest position and set resistance.
  • Stand facing mid pulley and grasp handle with palm up and elbow tucked into side.
  • Curl arm up toward shoulder, keeping elbow at side; slowly return to start position and repeat. After completing set, switch sides and repeat.
