Description

  • Attach long strap handle to adjustable mid pulley arm and set it to the lowest setting. Set resistance.
  • Stand with feet in a staggered stance facing the mid pulley, arms extended.
  • Slowly rotate you upper body and hips outward while lifting arms upward so you finish facing perpendicular to the machine and your hands opposite the mid pulleys over your head.
