Description

  • Attach long strap handles to adjustable swivel mid pulley. Adjust pulley to highest setting. Set resistance.
  • Stand perpendicular to pulley. Grasp handle in neutral grip with outside hand, keep the elbow at your side and at a 90° angle.
  • Rotate your hand out outward to your side.
  • Slowly return to start position and repeat. Finish set and switch to other side, repeat.

  • Rotate your arm in a controlled manner.
