Description
Squat down and grasp the medicine ball.
Lift the ball off the floor by forcefully extending your hips and knees.
After the ball passes your knees, drive your hips forward and bend your knees so the thighs are under the ball.
Jump the feet from hip-width to shoulder-width, and pull the body underneath the ball.
Catch the balland rack it near your clavicles while you are in the squat position.
Push or "jerk" the ball overhead by bending you knees slightly and forcefully driving the weight overhead.
Lower the ball back down to the clavicle and then to the floor.
ProTip
Lift the medicine ball from the floor to the shoulders in one continuous motion.
Mistakes
Holding the medicine ball too far out in front of you.
