This workout consists of five circuits of five exercises. For each circuit, perform each exercise for 50 seconds in succession. Rest only as needed between moves and a maximum of 3 minutes between rounds. Do a total of five rounds. Perform the crazy 5 work-out no more than one day per week. Rest at least one day after the sessions. You may use the crazy 5 in place of a cardio session one day per week if desired.
