The gladiator workout will help you sculpt a body of a warrior. The work-out consists of 7 exercises performed for 60-seconds each. Perform the workout as a circuit, resting briefly after each station. Complete all 7 exercises, then rest for 2 minutes. Repeat two more times. If you're just starting out, cut the duration to 30-seconds per exercise. Get ready for a high-intensity workout. Perform the gladiator work-out 3 days per week, resting a day between sessions.
