Heart healthy spectrum meal plan diet consists of six to eight mini meals per day. Only water and non fat milk are allotted beverages. This meal plan consists of Egg whites (no yolks), fat free dairy, vegetarian foods, high in fruits, vegetables, grains, beans and legumes. The diet is free of refined flours or sugars.
