My Bio

Anthony Stewart is a fitness professional who has been in the business for several years.  He holds a personal trainer certification from (NETA) The National Exercise Trainers Association witch is NCCA accredited, the largest non-profit fitness certifying organization and is a TRX Suspension Training Professional with Fitness Anywhere.  He also earned certifications in Wellness Coaching and Lifestyle Fitness Coaching from the Spencer Institute of Life Coaching, Fitness Nutrition Coach and Kung-fu fitness Instructor from NESTA. To maintain his certification and to stay up-to-date on the latest health and fitness developments, he attends several hours of continuing education each year and keeps current with Adult, Child and Infant CPR. He has several certificates for continuing education and is a member of IDEA, International Association of Fitness Professionals.  Anthony also writes a monthly health and fitness blog.
