Program Description:
This routine starts where the Beginners Fat Loss Workout for Women ended. It gets more intense as your body adapts. There is a strength routine and a cardio routine to get your body firm and burning calories. There is a circuit routine that will burn off calories from fat fast. The 5 exercises between the two treadmill exercises is the circuit routine. They are to be performed for a minute each at high intensity. After completing all five take a one minute rest and do it again two more times with a minute rest after completing the five exercises (circuit). So you will be doing the 5 exercises in a group 3 times. This will burn off calories fast and where it is placed in the routine it will be coming from fat. To burn off more calories there is a cardio day added in. It includes a warm-up on the treadmill then two circuit groups of 5 exercises. Do the first five exercises in a row then take a 60 second rest, then do the next five in a row and take a 60 second rest. This is done a total of three times and will burn off extra calories.
