This is an intense home workout designed to have you lose fat. After the warm-up you will perform the fist five exercises in a row then take a minute rest. This is called one circuit. Then perform the next five exercises in a row then take a minute rest. Do the last five exercises in a row then take two minutes rest. Do this a total of three times.
