This program is designed for people that are interested in shaping and building a great body and overall fitness. This routine is a 2 day split that is to be performed twice a week and the cardio is performed twice a week on the alternating days. The body parts are grouped together for maximum exertion and worked from different angles to allow you to get the results your after. The weight training day should last 45 to 60 minutes and the HiiT cardio day should last 20 to 25 minutes.
