My name is June Carmel and I'm very excited to be on this wonderful path of body transformation. I am a Stand-Up Comedian and Comedic Actress so it is very important for me to be healty and in shape. I want to workout to look and feel my best so this program is just what I needed!
My favorite workout is hiking and swimming. I really enjoy anything out in nature. I also really like the gym and feel great once I get into a rhythm.

I am really interested in Swimming, Pilates, and Yoga workouts. Of course walking and hiking are my favorites but I want to challenge myself and at the same time honor myself in a way that I am achieving a balance to where I am feeling active but also feeling connected and having fun. I tend to see working out as strictly a chore.
My goal is to not only lose weight but to look really lean and feel healthy and strong.
