ABOUT ME
I'm 59 and I have fought weight my whole life. I have been in and out of the gym over the last couple of years and I am stronger but I need to drop weight and take care of my heart.
Favorite Workout
I enjoy the rowing machine. However, it can be a crutch in that I talk myself into thinking I am getting more cardio than I really am.
My Personal Bests
60 minutes on a rower doing intervals. 30-sec as hard as i can (40 strokes/min) 60-sec at 28 and repeat. My last 30-sec at 70 strokes/min.

Music, pro football, Red Sox, Patriots, cooking, my dogs..... and, of course, Colleen.

about 210-215. Climbing Mount Fuji with Colleen's grandkids.

I want to get healthy, stay healthy and live a long life with my love.
Favorite Post Workout Meal
I really like fresh pineapple and grapefruit (which I prepare for myself) but, I know I need protein.
My Supplement Plan
When I remember, I take vit e, a good multy, fish oil, flax-seed oil, aspirin
