ABOUT ME
Hi, my name is Zuzzie Kapas, a 26 year old white female, 5’8’’ tall, 130lbs. I am athletically oriented, but not as active as I’d like to be. I am a part-time fashion model, part-time-sales associate and a part-time graduate student. My workout goal is to live a healthy lifestyle and nourish my body and mind to achieve my greatest potential in life. I signed up for this contest, hoping that it will keep me motivated to achieve physical fitness, tone my body and increase my energy and endurance. I’d like to feel young and stay active for a very long time and I hope that this workout program will facilitate this.
