My Personal Bests
In September, ran a 2.5mile run in 16:09. Have done up to 40 push-ups in a row and would like to continually increase that amount.

Home and outdoors.
Coaching, working out, reading, writing, being active, and spending lots of time with my children, wife, and friends.
Increase muscle mass and definition - while working on flexibility and agility. Of course, all while keeping my strong cardio base.

What Motivates Me
Wanting a great quality of life. I am blessed to get to travel a lot and see many 60 year olds (and others) who miss out on some of the most wonderful experiences - due to lack of physical strength.
