ABOUT ME
I'm a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Been a fitness addict since I was in my teens. I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and Spinning Instructor working in an all woman's gym (Lady of America). I'm a graduate of W.I.T.S. and a member of IDEA. I have black belts in Judo, Aikido and Tae Kwon Do.
